I want to place an order for some shirts that I have my eye on, but I don't have a credit card to pay with. You guys don't accept money orders through the mail, do you?

We most certainly accept money orders as a payment option, but you'll have to follow these instructions in order to pay with that method.
  1. We need to know the shirt choices you want to buy, but we'll also need to know the style of shirt, the color, and the size of it. Email those choices, along with your shipping address and your need to pay offline, by clicking on THIS LINK.
  2. We will very promptly send you a return email to give you a complete total on your shirt order that will also include your shipping charge in addition to the address you should be sending your payment to.
  3. When you get your money order, you'll need to put it in an envelope with the invoice that you got in your email and send it off. We'll ship your order ASAP when we get your mail in our hands.

Company Return Policy

All of the shirts you buy are made the day after you order them to your exact specifications. That means that on orders above a certain price range will incur a restocking fee if they are returned, and the return is not due to anything our company did wrong. We are not responsible for refunding shipment costs.

Why aren't your shirts as cheap as BRAND X? / What kind of shirts are these?

Our competitors buy shirts based on low prices, while we buy shirts based on the best condition out there. All shirts are quality-checked before shipment, so order worry-free your 100% cotton and preshrunk tees.

Can I please have my shirts printed on the backs?

Putting designs on the back of your order will be no issue at all, and we will gladly do it at no additional fee to you. Please make sure you let us know that this is how you want your shirts made, though, by instructing us in the "comments" area of your online order form.

Every Time I Make A Selection To Buy, It Refuses To Show Up In The Shopping Cart! Help!

When you place items in the shopping cart to buy, the cart will not recognize them if you do not have cookies facilitated in whatever Internet Browser you are currently using. If you are unable to see the t-shirts you want to buy appear in the cart, then your security settings are far too high for Internet shopping. You will have to fix this. How do I know if my shirt will fit?

I really just want to know how fast you ship your shirts.

Happy customers are the most important thing to us around these parts, and extremely quick shipments make our customers happy. You can expect shipments to go out within 24 hours of paying for your shirts. Our hours of operation are between 7am and 3pm. All orders that we get after 3pm will be processed the following business day. All orders are processed, and then shipped the day after processing. We don't process orders or ship on the weekends and holidays. If you place your order on a weekend, then that means your order will be moved through the system on Monday and shipped out on a Tuesday. Our warehouse is fully stocked with nearly every shirt design we offer, but on very isolated incidents it is possible that we do not have your shirt stocked and ready to be made. If that happens, it may take up to 2 more days to get your shirts in the mail. Once the mail carrier gets your shirts, you will get them as fast as that postman can run to your door.

There are many shipping options, all with different costs, when you are considering how fast you need your order delivered. Need it by the weekend? You should probably choose something other than our standard shipping choice.

To those of you who are placing your orders within the U.S., then you have many options when considering your shipping speed.

  1. Our Standard Shipping is still very fast, taking only 3 to 8 business days for you to get your package.
  2. Expedited Shipping is our second fastest speed, at just 2-3 Postal Shipping Days.
  3. Express Shipping is where you should turn for instances when you have to buy that perfect, last-minute gift. Your shirt will get there in time with this shipping speed, at just 1-2 working days.
Please Read Residents of Alaska or the Hawaiian Isles will be shipped with Priority Shipping, which will take 5-10 Postal Shipping Days. Please take into consideration that shipping issues may arise with the Post Office once the order is out of our hands, so these shipping times are just very close estimates. You can choose to give your e-mail address to us when you place your order, and we will e-mail the shipping info to you at the time your order ships. Sorry, but this service is unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and orders outside of the U.S.

Our International friends from the nations of Denmark, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Great Britain, Canada, North Ireland, and Sweden are welcome to order using our International Shipping option. When shipping Internationally, patience is necessary as it may take upwards of eight full weeks for your order to be delivered. When ordering during the Holidays, this is especially true. Please do not contact us in one week, asking where your order is. If you want tracking information, we are sorry to say that we cannot of International Tracking at this time.

Customs Law requires us to make a full, visible inventory for their inspection that includes a monetary value of the contents. Marking the packages as gifts will not nullify this requirment. In addition to this, you may see that you can have additional charges levied against your order when it enters your country. You are responsible for paying these Customs Fees. You need to direct all of your questions on this topic to the Customs Officers of your region, as they will know what charges you will have and how to clear your package quickly through customs.

We love and respect all men and women who serve in our Armed Services, so we have no problem shipping to any APO/FPO. The shipping option of Expedited and Express Mail is not currently available to those addresses with an APO/FPO notation since they are treated, for all intents and purposes, like International Mail. The shipping estimates above do not represent the shipping time it takes for the APO/FPO orders to reach their destinations, but we assure you that we ship them out the door at the same speed as all of our other orders.

It will take THREE to FIVE work days for your shirts to get to you if you are having them sent to your PO BOX, because all PO BOX deliveries will be sent with United States Standard Mail.

Check your billing address. Is it precisely the same as the address the credit or bank company has registered? If you feel confident that everything is in order, and you are still being rejected then you may use the following information.
  1. You probably should go back to the billing address and give it one more hard look. This is almost always the point of concern and you might save yourself a lot of time by looking again.
  2. One thing you may want to put into the "billing address field" is your previous address, especially if you have moved within the last few months. Sometimes it takes a while for big credit issuers to update data.
